Marc & Pam Eynon Family Reunion

We had to replace our Lake Powell trip since my parents sold their time share. This year we ventured to Island Park, Idaho.



Highlight:
Spending time with my entire family...
Lowlight:
..minus Brett. (and sometimes Jeff..who would turn off his alarm clock?)

Highlight:
The sweet cabin my parents rented. It was AmAZiNG!
Lowlight:
Kirra did a little water damage to that cabin when she turned on the tub and then turned the faucet to fill up the floor rather than the tub.


Highlight:
Lots of home made ice cream.
Lowlight:
Tears over vanilla bean ice cream. (Grumpy old dad)

Highlight:
Exploring the great outdoors.
Lowlight:
Having to wear a helmet. Just ask Tav.






Highlight:
Swimming in the Hot Springs in Yellowstone.
Lowlight:
They weren't hot. Actually, they weren't even warm.


Highlight:
Staying up late as adults to play games and hang out.
Lowlight:
Staying up too late dad got sick. (and Kirra took his medicine for him which warranted a call to poison control)

Highlight:
Conquering the rapids.
Lowlight:
I mean, paddling the peaceful river.


Highlight:
Touring BEaUtIFuL Yellowstone National Park.
Lowlight:
Only seeing a few animals.



Highlight:
Driving a motor home from Cali so all the kids could play on our long drive.
Lowlight:
The a/c didn't work on the way home. Vegas in July is HOT!

Or maybe sharing a bed with your son-in-law was the lowlight...maybe not???


Highlight:
A quick stop on the way home in Rexburg..my old stomping grounds.
Lowlight:
Nerd Whirlwinds aren't as good as I remember.


Overall the trip was an A+++

When we got back to Cali, however, a nightmare awaited.
