Jeff trying to peak over the edge to see us.
Family and friends waiting for Jeffe.
Hugging mi pequeno hermano.
Tavin and Jeff meet for the very first time.
It has been great having Jeff home. Tavin loves to follow him around the house. He's Jeff's big buddy. It's funny because Jeff accidently talked to him in Spanish a couple times too. Best of all, Jeff has brought an awesome spirit into our home, lots of good habits, and we all want to be with him everysecond of every day.
We planned an action packed week while all our family was in town. Jeff had to report to the "Missionary Mom" group on Thurs. night so me and my sisters went and saw Wicked. WOW is all I have to say!!!
The boys, however, had a guys night with LOTS of pizza and Rock Band. Brian, the guitarist and Randy, the drummer worked up such a sweat they had to bust out a fan. Brett sang for so long that by the time we got home his voice was horse. We had a really good laugh as we watched them perform a song!
On Friday we set out to Crescent Bay (our family beach) at Laguna Beach for family pictures. Lyndzee Ellsworth our photographer is so talented. Here is just one picture from our shoot. Go to ellsworthphotography.blogspot.com to see more of our family shoot or click on the link at the top of my blog to see more of her work.

Next, we were off to see Wall*E as a fam. Tavin loved it.
On Saturday we spent a beautiful day at Crescent Bay. That night my sisters and some friends threw me the most AMAZING shower I have ever been to, had, or seen! Just a glance at the pictures of the yummy dinner my friend Kim made and the katrillion gourmet desserts my sisters made can give you an idea of this posh shower. I can't thank them enough or all those that made Kirra the most spoiled girl in the world!

Sunday was another busy day...with a family brunch at 11am, Jeffe speaking in church, and then an Open House from 5-8pm. We are just taking it easy as we try to recoup. It's been really nice to kind of kick back after lots of hard work in preparation for his return and then the busy schedule we kept up when he arrived. I actually had a dr. appt. yesterday and he wants to deliver Kirra 2 weeks early because of my intense Braxton Hicks and pelvic pressure. He says I need to stop working so hard. : ) I'll be sure to get lots of rest as we head to Lake Powell next week.

Yeah! I thought you fell off the face of the Earth! Looks like a totally fun week! And welcome home Jeff! I'm sure it's so great to have him back and see how Tavin interacts with him. And I love the new pic you have on your blog of your family. Very cute!
How fun to have your whole family together again! Looks like you guys had a fantastic time!
That really is a great week. I love the family pictures...I had to go to Lyndzee's photo blog and check them all out. They're fantastic. How fun to have the family together.
And a baby shower and musical. Nice.
I can't believe it's almost baby time already. That's so exciting. I also can't believe that Jeff is home, he's all grown up. I still picture him as your little little bro when we came down as roommates and went to the Price is Right. :)
